The Asian Resource Network helps disabled Asian individuals and their families by linking them up with Intellectual & Developmentally Disabled (IDD) service providers.

We conducted interviews and ran usability tests with service providers and families to ensure the site is friendly for both audiences to use. The result is a multilingual website translated by native speakers into Burmese, Chinese, English, and Vietnamese. Service providers can easily create profile pages for themselves, which are vetted by the ARN team. Family members can then find a service provider based on traits like languages spoken, experience, and proximity to their home.

By prioritizing user research with the most affected communities, and by emphasizing language justice in the planning of their site, the Asian Resource Network is helping their communities get the support they need.

DevCollab is made of talented staff who cares about our mission and user experience design to make our sites truly tailored and exceptional for our underserved communities.
